1. Basis for Implementation

The subsidy application is conducted in accordance with the Guidelines for NTU Student Clubs Applying for the Alumni Association Cultural Foundation Subsidy.

3. Eligible Club Activities

• (1) Overseas Volunteer Services
• (2) Large-Scale Off-Campus Events with 100 or More Participants

4. Applicable Activity Period

All student club activities conducted during the second semester through the summer vacation.

5. Application Deadline

From February 17, 114th year, to March 7, 114th year (Friday) at 17:00.

6. Application Method (Both steps are required)

• (1) Electronic Submission:

  • Send the required documents via email to Ms. Chen at: jessicachen0513@ntu.edu.tw

• (2) Hard Copy Submission:

  • Submit the documents in person to Ms. Chen at the Student Activity Division

  Required Documents:

  1. Student Club Activity Application Form

     • Please log in to the Student Club Activity Information System, create the event, and print the application form.
     • The event name should be uniformly set as "114th Year Alumni Association Cultural Foundation Subsidy Application".
     • The form must be signed by the club president and advisor and stamped with the oval club seal.

  2. Signed "Subsidy Application Form" (see attachment).

  3. Activity Proposal (including Budget Plan).

7. Subsidy Amount

Each approved application will receive a maximum subsidy of NT$30,000.

8. Post-Activity Requirements

1. Recipients of the subsidy must include the phrase "NTU Alumni Association Cultural Foundation" on all relevant promotional materials.
2. Within one month after the event, recipients must submit:
   • Activity Report
   • Number of Participants
   • Event Photos
   • Receipts and Related Documents
   • Submit both hard copies to the Student Activity Division and email the electronic version to jessicachen0513@ntu.edu.tw.
   • Failure to submit the required documents within the deadline will be regarded as a forfeiture of the subsidy, and the Student Activity Division reserves the right to revoke the subsidy without dispute.
